When you miss open-enrollment one of these events has to happen in your life to qualify for insurance outside of open enrollment. Vision and Dental insurance have no enrollment periods, which means you can sign up all year round.

Open enrollment for 2017 plans is Nov. 1, 2016 through Jan. 31, 2017.
